Terms and Conditions for Salted Sweets Baking Co.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Salted Sweets Baking Co. services.

1.2 By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Orders must be paid in full before pick up or delivery, you will not be allowed to pick up or receive your delivery until the order is paid.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
2.3 We accept debit and credit cards only. Cash payments will not be accepted

3. Pricing

3.1 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one at the time of the order confirmation.
3.2 Any additional costs will be disclosed before order confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
4.2 No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time will be given.
4.3 A full refund will be issued if we cannot fulfill your order.
4.4 If damages occur during delivery a refund can be issued.

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Delivery fees will be disclosed to the customer before any charges occur.
5.2 Orders will be picked up and delivered from the address given by the owner between the operating hours disclosed by the owner.
5.3 We are not responsible for product damage, spoilage, or theft after pickup or delivery.

6. Custom Orders

6.1 Custom orders will be made according to the specifications the customer has submitted.
6.2 Changes made to the original order will be discussed with the customer.

7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

7.1 We cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.
7.2 We cannot make allergen-based substitutions such as gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free
7.3 We are not at fault for ANY allergic reactions caused to you by our products as we clearly state all potential food cross-contaminations on our labels.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Amendments

10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Refund and Cancelation Policy

Orders canceled 48 hours before the selected pick-up time will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled 24 hours before the selected pickup time will receive a 50% refund.
Orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive no refund.

We will refund items if one or more of the following has occurred.

Incorrect items were given to you.
An item was missing from your order.
Item (s) in the order does not look or taste how it was described or shown.

Note, in some cases photo evidence will be required to issue a refund.

In cases where an item is missing or incorrect, we can either give you the missing item/give you the correct item, or we can issue a refund for that specific item.

In cases where the full order is wrong, a refund will be issued.

All refunds will be done as money back on the card the order was charged on. No store credits will be given.

For refunds on cakes, you must return the cake a minimum of 50% intact and with valid reasoning for returning it (such as the reasons above)
